Regulation
PsiPay is regulated by the FSA under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and the EU Directive on electronic money. PsiPay is authorised by the Financial Services Authority to issue electronic money as a specialised electronic money issuer subject to regulatory requirements and supervision.
