John Daw

Chief Executive Officer

John Daw has been part of the PSI-Pay management team since 2008. John qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the international firm Deloitte, and has 25 years of experience in the Financial Services industry.

He has previously worked in asset management (Jupiter), US securities (Brown Brothers Harriman), and private equity (Permira). More recently he founded the first European company to use the world ATM network for international money transfer, and created the Hertfordshire group of companies with interests in asset finance, telemarketing, and IT.

As CEO of PSI-Pay John is responsible for the strategic direction of the company, and he is currently also acting as the Finance Director.

Phil Davies

Director

Joining PSI-Pay as an advisor in 2010 Phil was appointed to the board in June 2011. Prior to this he spent eight years with MasterCard Worldwide as Vice President-Business Development. There he was responsible for implementing new initiatives designed to encompass new products, technology and strategic partnership to stimulate growth in emerging markets throughout Europe. Forging long standing relationships, during this time, with leading banking and payments providers, technology partners and other major stakeholders has led to Phil being an acknowledged payments industry expert.

Phil is also currently heading his own advisory practice, Resource Services and sits on the board of Modern Finance and P&P Ratings.

Phil has had a successful, and diverse, career encompassing retail banking where he was Senior Manager and Head of TSB Groups B2B consumer finance division. Prior to that Phil held positions within Xerox Corporation culminating in Regional Manager - Middle East where he spent several years developing the acceptance of the Xerox brand.

Beatrice Pecorelli

Group Head of Marketing

Beatrice Pecorelli is the Head of Marketing and Communications at PSI-Pay Ltd. Appointed in 2010, Beatrice oversees all B2B and B2C global marketing and sales activities including; business strategy, product creation, marketing communications, branding and sales.

Her venture into the financial industry began in 2006 where she as Marketing Manager for Europe at Optimal Payments was responsible for growing online marketing activity. Beatrice also orchestrated the development and implementation of their online acquisition strategy for their NETELLER and NetBanx brands.

Spanning 18 years her earlier career includes marketing positions at Titan Travel, part of the Saga Group, Air Liquide, Fidelity Investments and The Motivation Business where she managed incentive programmes for Orange and Compaq Computers.

Beatrice has a proven track record in building and sustaining deep and successful marketing and sales strategies on and off line and has a solid reputation for increasing revenues and profitability across all marketing mixes.

Alan Stubbs

Compliance

Alan joined PSI-Pay in July 2011 as compliance manager and was given the additional role of MLRO later that year. Having previously held senior financial management positions for industry peers such as Neteller and Vincento Payment Solutions, and also having provided consultancy services for PSI- Pay, Alan brings a welcome depth of knowledge to the business.

Alan’s career has a strong financial and compliance foundation having worked in accounting practice for many years, where he gained insight into a broad range of business types and compliance areas, before he moved in to industry where he applied his financial knowledge to roles including specialist positions such as VAT Compliance Advisor for Reed Business Information and Project Oversight for Fisher Chemicals.

Alan moved his focus on to the newly emerging electronic money industry in 2003 when he joined the start-up team of Neteller UK as Financial Controller and he has since achieved notable success in working with new and established businesses in the payment services sector in both managerial and advisory capacities.
